The property has a marvellous and incredible location, it's close to a ferry port. Superfriendly and very nice staff, they smile all the time. The room is spotless and brand-new with a lovely view, has free Wi-Fi.

The hotel had excellent, perfect location, we were close to a ferry port. The room was spacious and bright with exceptionally comfortable beds and a kitchenette area and a coffee maker etc.

The location was particularly good and incredible, so close to subway, World Trade Center, Wall St, Staten Island Ferry, Battery Park and the Pier, 9/11 Memorial and Wall Street. You can find The Lord Warden a couple of blocks away from the hotel to a have lunch.

Had a comfortable stay for 8 nights, glad I've chosen it. Booked a room with a lovely view. The location was fantastic - adjacent to lower Manhattan, subway, Wall St, 9-11 Memorial, Ferry terminal, and Battery Park. A victorian pier was also around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

My room was good-sized thanks to the super-friendly staff. There were comfy beds and Wi-Fi and a coffeemaker inside the room. The location of the property was particularly good and magnificent, very close to the subway. What's more, it was very close to 9-11 Memorial as well as World Trade Center, the Stock Exchange and 9/11 Memorial. I didn't want to leave, so can recommend this hotel.

Everything met requirements, I would have stayed for longer. Liked my 3 nights stay. The staff was very-very nice and check in was early. Marvellous and incredible location, a ferry port was close to the hotel. Btw, I was not too far from Charging Bull Bronze Sculpture.
The staff were not so helpful, didn't expect that coming.
