The room was well-appointed with twin beds, the view on backside of the hill plus balcony. The location seemed beautiful and fantastic very close to wonderful skiing. The staff were efficient, helpful.

I had a comfortable stay at this exclusive hotel. My classic room had modern conveniences, including a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and an individual safe. The staff was very polite & exceptional. It was in a central setting fantastic to come back to after a hard day on the bike or hiking.

Appealing exclusive hotel with good value, we had an excellent stay. Double room with mountain views accommodated us perfectly. The location was marvellous and brilliant for exploring this lovely area, close enough to all the key areas for high customer satisfaction, the center and restaurants and slopes. Plus, we explored a victorian pier relatively close to the property.

Had an extra special time. The property was well-run. The hotel was set in a central area just off city center as well as the slopes allowing ski in-ski out and the Village, Medical Centre, shops, restaurants. There was a huge variety of food for breakfast, it was good.

It was nestled not far from a trolley bus stop. Staff were always attentive. We recommend it to everyone as staying here was perfect. La creperie bretonne, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel:)))
