Small family run hotel in a lovely area just next door to a really cosy restaurant as well as centre of town. Varied and delicious breakfast with a great selection of options to choose from. The staff was amiable - I will be back. Ideal and fairly clean place, everything was amazing. The hotel's location was very central, to Morzine centre. And it was also not far from Morzine and Avoriaz, a really cosy restaurant and the slopes. Overall rooms were new-fashioned and modest and had a safe box, central heating, and an iron. I was surprised by the particularly nice mountain view.
