Residential location in beautiful surroundings, impeccably clean room. Based so close to a wooded, peaceful area next to a riding school, the Eurotunnel in Calais and town centre. Lovely food selection.

Thank you everyone for a quite comfortable stay for a short visit. The staff members were pleasant and really good. The breakfast had variety of gorgeous food and drinks. The location was marvellous for exploring this very green area, just next door to lovely beach resort, and restaurant and bar.

I stayed for 1 night here and had a pleasant time. I truly enjoyed the bar during the breakfast. The location was picturesque and secure for me, closer to the town centre. Also, it was 10 min drive from Cleveleys Front Promenade.
Paid gbp 7 per 24 hours to access the net, nonetheless Wi-Fi was very spotty.
