It made my trip to Calais a very very good experience. The personnel was polite and pleasant. The hotel was in a marvellous location near to the beach, the centre, and shopping street so near shops and eateries.

We were there for 1 night, overall had a REAL GOOD stay. The place was perfect and cheerful. The location was comfortable and ideal, near transport, restaurants and Port de Calais, centre city square and the good nature of nearby restaurant staff, in a local area. We thoroughly enjoyed the brunch in the Du Vignoble au Verre, located nearby.
Their staff were miserable.

The stuff was amicable and very amiable and the place was fairly clean. My family room with twin beds, the bedroom plus extra blanket was new-fashioned. The location was comfortable and handy for walking around Museum of Fine Arts in Calais. There where a shopping street and a market around the hotel. They recommended a clean restaurant which was advertised sold breakfast.
The staff were a bit rude, didn't expect that coming.
