It was clean, and the people were pleasant and exceptional. The morning meal was freshly prepared and satisfactory with cheeses, jams and goodies. The hotel was in a very central location in a pretty neighbourhood.

Had a very comfortable 3 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. I was offered a gorgeous breakfast for an additional fee. Amazing location and overall the staff was pleasant and welcoming. A market and interesting independent shops were right next door. The hotel was placed within 10 km of the airport.

I couldn't recommend more the place. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and I really enjoyed the streets of Biarritz. The accommodation had a very central location to Les Halles market. The staff were very very nice and welcoming without being intrusive. The breakfast was freshly cooked and gorgeous and not included in the standard rate.

The location was marvellous, just next door to the wonderful colourful Les Halles, beach and restaurant and the casino and central part of the city, in a lovely area. The staff were really kind and kept the place fairly clean.

If you would like to visit cote des basques, consider staying here. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Bonheur that was only 5 minutes' walk away. A view of the ocean from our window.
