The stay was great; no complaints whatsoever. Excellent location close to the harbor, exceptionally attentive staff, everything was wonderful. We got new-fashioned and airy king room on the upper level as an upgrade, nice gesture. It had a wide range of facilities, including central heating, iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card etc.

It was fairly clean and the staff were extremely helpful and amazingly attentive, beds were comfortable. I greatly enjoyed a nice size and airy room with a microwave, climate control, and an individual safe. The hotel was in a perfect location right by the harbor, Marseille harbour, and everywhere, including the railway station. Everything was simply perfect.
