It was a perfect place for our fun stay. The bedroom was functional and stylish. Very big bed and pillows, there were central heating, a flat screen TV, and a study table available. Delightfully helpful staff and the location was convenient and perfect. It took us 20 minutes on foot to get to the downtown.

Travelled with my dog, spent 1 night here and had a very enjoyable stay. Excellent staff, provided information if needed. The setting was incredible, near sea, Eurotunnel and restaurants and shops. Also, I visited Second World War Museum, located not too far away from the hotel, was an unplanned pleasure.

You guys made my stay great. I thoroughly enjoyed this nice place, stayed there for 1 night. All the staff was kind and good, resolved my issues. It was compact, new-fashioned and in her bathroom. The location in a lovely area was marvellous and pleasant and there were a supermarket and shops nearby. Took a walk around city centre, located not too far away from the hotel.
The bathroom I had was very dated.

By and large, it was useful base for sightseeing in Calais, had much fun. The hotel was in the central setting local to channel tunnel. Also, Le Jacquard was not far away. I truly enjoyed the breakfast, the food was good.
Wi-Fi was very poor tbh and there was very uncomfortable bed in my room.

I loved the hotel, it's LUXURY, it has delightful staff and exceptional location. All in all everything was first-class, but I had not very comfortable bathroom. They made my stay warm. The pool area was brilliant too. The beach was good.
