I find it a quaint and stunningly beautiful place to stay. The staff are super-friendly and accommodating as well as the host. The location is very central, near town center, ferry and centre of Calais. You can relax at La Champenoise, located nearby. When I am in Calais, I like staying here.

You could leave a car onsite. Location: the hotel was short walk to Calais, centre of Calais, ferry. I was surprised at nearby La Cafetoria, they had some goodies, drinks.
