The staff are flexible and attentive and deserve a 3-star rating. It has absolutely perfect location, so close to the main green/blue ski slopes, supermarkets and restaurant. Also, we both liked Cairn Ski Lift, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

The food was good, included eggs and fresh bread. They gave me guest room with fresh towels, excellent views plus really comfy beds. The location to slopes was easy and ideal. A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Le Rendez Vous that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

I spent 7 nights and would use them next time. The place was charming little and homely, it worked for me. The staff were very efficient and especially helpful and the location was magnificent on the piste;))

Great experience there. Fantastic base for discovering Val Thorens. Breakfast with ham and cheese, for example. Ski area, super location, next to lower slopes, shops and supermarkets, and all the restaurants. For tea or coffee visit Belleville Diner nearby.
