The hotel was clean based in a functional style building with pleasant staff. Got tidy room with relaxing beds, shower and good bathroom - always come in handy. Very good service, although a few employees were extremely bad.

The location for Biarritz was beautiful and excellent, short walk to reception/restaurant, a park and ride, and road network. The staff were excellent and affable day and night. The room was recently renovated and neat, had shared bathroom.

Loved my very enjoyable stay for a road trip. Bright rooms with relaxing beds, felt like home. Having a roll-in shower and bath sheets was a bonus. The staff was knowledgeable plus the location was handy. Being walk from a railway station was a bonus. Nothing too much trouble, the venue exceeded all expectations.
